Multi Millet flakes consisting of Ragi, Bajra, Sorghum and foxtail are ‘climate-smart’ grains which are rich in a wide variety of micro-nutrient. Millets have a naturally high satiety index and low Glycemic Index. These ancient grains are a rich source of fibre and bioavailable protein.

DIY Power Meal

Multimillet Flakes Bhel

Multimillet flakes - 1 cup
Peanuts roasted and skinned - 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chat masala - 1tsp
Potato boiled and sliced -2 tbsp
Boiled Corn – ¼ cup
Tomato seeded and sliced - 11/2 tbsp
Onion chopped - 2 tbsp
Pomegranate kernels -1/4 cup
Chopped coriander - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp

1) Slice boiled potato.
2) Chop onions, tomato and coriander.
3) Mix everything with corn and peanuts.
4) Add the multi millet flakes and garnish with lime juice.
5) Mix well and serve immediately.
