Multi grain 65.5% [Wheat, Oats, Corn, Ragi & Multimillet), Dried Fruits & Nuts 14% [Almond, Black Raisins], Sugar, Invert syrup, Honey, Strawberry Crush, Pineapple Crush, Emulsifier INS 322, Natural Antioxidant (INS307b & INS 392).

Bircher-Benner Breakfast

Ingredients:
1 tbsp rolled Muesli
1 Cup water
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp cream
1 large sour apple (finely grated)
1 tbsp ground hazelnuts or almonds

Instructions:
1) Soak the Muesli with a ratio of 1tbsp Muesli : 3 tbsp water.
2) Add 1 tbsp lemon juice and cream to the soaked Muesli.
3) Top the mixture with the sour apple and almonds.
4) Serve immediately.
